About the project
The Women Creators Program brings women developers and artists together inside Epic Games to build and ship a title as a team. The 2023 cohort produced Sisters of Destiny, a game made in the Unreal Editor for Fortnite.
The work covered Unreal Engine production, art direction and leadership across a distributed team, from early look development through to a published island.
The programme later became the subject of a talk at the Epic Secondary Educator Summit, on what the format teaches about getting more women into senior roles in the screen arts.
