About the project
Side Hustle is a virtual reality game about work: how labour has changed, what it promises, and what it quietly costs. The player does the job rather than watching someone describe it.
The prototype was shown at the Radical Intimacy exhibition during the Onassis Air open days, supported by Onassis ONX and Onassis Stegi.
Exhibition VR has to survive strangers. The build was shaped around short sessions, visitors who had never worn a headset, and a gallery floor rather than a desk.
