About the project
The year 314 was an ordinary year that began on a Friday. At the time nobody called it 314; it was the year of the consulship of Rufius and Annianus, and only later did the counting we use now get applied backwards over it.
The piece sits with that idea: a label attached long after the fact to something that simply happened, and what remains once the name is all that is left.
Modelled and animated in Blender, released as video and in VR.
